Arizona For Abortion Access is a collective effort to safeguard and expand reproductive rights in our state. We’re proud to be part of a coalition of organizations including Planned Parenthood, ACLU of Arizona, NARAL, Affirm Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Healthcare Rising Arizona, working together to protect the rights of individuals to make personal and private decisions about their reproductive health.
Our mission is to counteract restrictive bans and ensure that every person in Arizona has the right to access safe and legal abortion care. In the face of ongoing challenges, we believe that public support is on our side. Abortion rights advocates made significant gains during the previous midterm elections, and we’re now taking the next step by launching a ballot measure campaign for the 2024 elections.

Get Involved:
As part of this initiative, the Arizona for Abortion Access political action committee is submitting language for a constitutional amendment. This proposed amendment seeks to restore the right to access abortion up to the point of fetal viability, around 22 to 24 weeks of pregnancy, allowing flexibility in cases necessary to protect the life or well-being of the patient.
We urge you to actively participate in this cause by signing the petition, available at our Tucson, Phoenix and Flagstaff offices during office hours. Your support is pivotal in shaping the future of abortion access in Arizona.
