Holli Ploog

Running for Sedona City Council

Holli currently serves as Vice Mayor of Sedona. She and her husband Bert have lived in Sedona since 2013. Holli received a B.A. in International Affairs from the Elliott School at George Washington University and a law degree from Golden Gate University where she received the constitutional law book award. She is recognized in Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals, Who’s Who of the West, Who’s Who of the East, Who’s Who of American Politics and Who’s Who of Communications. A retired attorney with a 30-year background in information technology and transformation, she has worked with local, state, federal, and international agencies. Holli spent five years serving on the City of Sedona Budget workgroup and on its Fiscal Sustainability Workgroup. She is Past President of the Sedona Arts Center and Past President of Rotary Club of Sedona, and former board member of The Sedona Women. She has served on numerous local non-profit boards dedicated to public policy issues in education, justice, and community building.  Holli received the 2018 Sprit of Sedona Volunteer of the Year Award. Holli serves on the Arizona Civil Rights Advisory Board as an appointee of Governor Hobbs.
