Hello, my name is Sydney Horton, and I am currently a first-year student at the University of Arizona, where I am pursuing a double major in Political Science and Law. Born and raised in Arizona, I have developed a deep passion for our state and local politics, particularly in the areas of women’s rights and reproductive freedoms. I hope to attend law school after graduation, with the ultimate goal of working on Capitol Hill, where I can have a direct impact on shaping national policies. Outside of my academic pursuits, I enjoy staying active and you will likely find me on a run with my best friends, training for our next marathon!
