Hi, I’m Alma Meléndez! I am a Junior at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, where I am double majoring in Law and Spanish (with an emphasis in Literature). I came to the University of Arizona to pursue the undergraduate Law program, and my goal is to attend Law school in 2027. My interests include immigration and criminal law, advocacy for the environment, and helping others in my Phoenix community. During my internship with Arizona List my goal is to gain experience for how to contribute and help out my community back home. I am from Phoenix, AZ where I have lived my whole life. I enjoy spending time outside, traveling, watching cozy movies, reading and hanging out with friends and family.
