Running for LD14 State Senate

Stephanie Walsh is an engineer, non-profit leader, and entrepreneur from Gilbert, Arizona. She is the founder and former owner/CEO of Walsh Engineering Services, a full-service engineering firm that grew to more than 100 employees under her leadership. After selling the company in 2019, Stephanie shifted her focus toward public service and community impact.

She has served on several nonprofit and advisory boards, including the Partnership for Science and Technology, the Department of Energy’s BOOST Energy Innovation Board, the Museum of Idaho, and Habitat for Humanity. In 2021, she launched the Idaho Sustainability and Energy Coalition (ISEC), which is leading the state’s geothermal energy consortium, supporting Tribal energy sovereignty initiatives, and promoting an economically and environmentally sustainable energy transition.  ISEC has expansions planned across the Western states.

Stephanie and her husband, Stuart, are the proud parents of two adult children: Andrew, a 25-year-old mechanical engineer, and Erin, a 21-year-old environmental science major at Arizona State University. She enjoys adventuring with her family, connecting with neighbors, and a good game of pickleball.

Stephanie is running for the Arizona State Senate in LD14 to improve the lives of all Arizonans by promoting responsible energy production, protecting water resources, establishing sound guard rails for artificial intelligence, strengthening the economy, and supporting small businesses.
