Running for LD15 State Senate
Jayme Accalia is a native Arizonan, a mom of three, and a graduate of Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability, where she studied Sustainable Food Systems. She cares deeply about building a future where women and families have the stability and support they need to thrive.
Jayme was raised in a hardworking family with roots in the skilled trades, where she learned early the value of showing up, working hard, and taking care of your community. That mindset has stayed with her, she’s been involved in volunteer work most of her life, earning the Presidential Volunteer Service Award and continuing to stay active in youth and community programs.
She’s spent much of her career in retail and service jobs, where she saw firsthand how hard people work just to stay afloat. As a mom raising three kids with her wife, she understands those pressures personally, especially the weight so many women carry balancing work, family, and everything in between.
