Ashley Harder is a small business owner, community developer, and neighborhood advocate with more than 20 years of experience delivering results for Phoenix. As the founder of Harder Development, she has revitalized underutilized properties, created opportunities for local businesses, advanced housing solutions, and guided thoughtful growth that strengthens neighborhoods while preserving community character.

Throughout her career, Ashley has built a proven track record of bringing residents, businesses, property owners, nonprofits, and government together to solve complex challenges. Her leadership includes serving as Vice Chair of the Central City Planning and Development Committee, advancing housing policy through the Downtown Phoenix Community Development Corporation, serving as Interim Executive Director of Preserve Phoenix, and leading statewide historic preservation initiatives through her appointment by Governor Hobbs to the Arizona America250 Commission.

Ashley is running for Phoenix City Council because Phoenix needs experienced leadership to tackle our most pressing challenges, including housing affordability, homelessness, public safety, aging infrastructure, economic opportunity, and responsible growth. She is committed to advancing equity by ensuring every neighborhood has access to the investments, opportunities, and public infrastructure needed to thrive.
