Running for Osborn School District Governing Board

Violeta Ramos is a dedicated education leader, community advocate, and current school board member committed to ensuring every student has access to a high-quality education. She combines firsthand classroom experience with proven governance leadership to make informed, equitable decisions that strengthen public schools.

With more than a decade in education, Violeta taught AP Spanish Language and Culture in Phoenix Union High School District, mentored students through advisory programs and student government, and later served as World Language Instructional Leader. In that role, she partnered with school leaders on curriculum, professional development, and department leadership, gaining valuable insight into supporting teachers and improving student outcomes.

Beyond the classroom, Violeta serves as Managing Director of Leadership Programs at ALL In Education, where she oversees leadership initiatives that advance educational equity across Arizona. Her previous work with College Success Arizona and New Pathways for Youth reflects her longstanding commitment to expanding opportunities for underserved students.

Violeta holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from NAU and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the U of A. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is well-equipped to serve Osborn’s diverse community.

She is seeking reelection to continue providing thoughtful, accountable leadership that strengthens schools, supports educators, and creates opportunities for every student.
