Patty Hansen is a dedicated public servant with more than 40 years of leadership in government operations, public policy, and community engagement. She has a proven track record of managing complex organizations, promoting transparency, and delivering efficient, accountable services. As a former County Recorder and Election Administrator, she brings deep expertise in budgeting, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance, with a strong commitment to fairness and removing barriers to voting.
Patty built her career in election administration across Nebraska, Minnesota, and Arizona, earning a reputation for integrity, nonpartisan leadership, and expanding access to the ballot. She consistently worked to ensure elections are secure, accessible, and reflective of the will of the people.
Patty also believes strongly in the importance of women serving in elected office and bringing their voices to the decision-making table. She is a committed supporter of women’s reproductive rights and personal freedom, recognizing that these issues are fundamental to health, opportunity, and equality. Patty is dedicated to building a community where every voice is heard and every resident is represented.
