Lisbeth is a community leader, social worker, and mental health advocate with nearly a decade of experience serving families across diverse communities. She currently serves as Director of Community and Public Relations at Novle Community Activators, where she leads community events and advocacy efforts and builds partnerships with organizations and community leaders.
Previously, Lisbeth served as the Bilingual Program Coordinator at Cancer Support Community, where she supported Spanish-speaking individuals and families affected by cancer.
Through her work and personal life, Lisbeth has seen firsthand the challenges families face in affording rent, accessing childcare and healthcare, and navigating complex systems. She has also witnessed the resilience and strength of the community. Now, she is running for the Arizona House of Representatives to strengthen public schools, help families stay in their homes, and ensure working people are treated with dignity and respect.
