Dr. Eva Diaz. has served in the Arizona State Senate since 2022. She is a tireless fighter for families in our community. A lifelong educator, she prioritizes effective public education and quality, affordable healthcare. While in the Senate, she worked to champion women’s and minority rights. Her primary issues are: Public Education, Working Families, Affordable Housing, Affordable Healthcare and the Latino community In the past two years, she fought for more funding for public schools and universities and passed a bill unanimously in both chambers, SB1315. SB1315 ensures that there is a plan in place for special needs students in emergency situations.
