Signa Oliver

Signa is a proven business leader, a US Army veteran, and a proud mother and grandmother. A native of Phoenix and the youngest of five children, Signa served in the Army before returning to law school and becoming the first in her family to earn a graduate degree. Signa served in the Army JAG Corps and then in private practice. She has brought legal expertise to human resources roles in the private sector and is currently VP of Human Resource & Culture for Opy USA. As a community leader, she serves on the steering team for Desert Progressives Indivisible and the board of directors for Vets Forward. As a Phoenix Union School Board member representing Ward 2, Signa will promote restorative justice and an end to the school to prison pipeline, support for marginalized communities within Phoenix Union, and quality education for every student.
