Sarah Liguori

Sarah Liguori, an Arizona native with strong ties across the state, is a seasoned professional in finance, real estate, and community building. Raised in Tucson, she majored in Economics at University of Arizona and studied International Business in Florence, Italy. Sarah began her career in land development in Cochise County and later moved to Phoenix, excelling in commercial real estate. With a seven-year stint as a financial advisor at BMO Harris Bank and Northwestern Mutual, she empowered families and small businesses to achieve financial goals. Actively engaged in leadership, she chaired the Young Leaders group at the Urban Land Institute and BMO Harris and served on Northwestern Mutual’s DEI board. She volunteered in her spare time, as a Big Sister for five years with Big Brothers Big Sisters and leading a children’s reading program at the Salvation Army Homeless Shelter. Serving a term in the State Legislature, Sarah was able to successfully move legislation on water conservation with bipartisan support, was named to the Ad Hoc Committee on Energy, and earned high endorsements from leading progressive groups. Currently, she serves as Director of Impact Investing and Housing Initiatives at the Arizona Community Foundation. Sarah is able to help move capitol to non-profit organizations that are uplifting communities all over the state. She also leads several housing and homelessness initiatives that have aligned and educated diverse groups of stakeholders to help push for housing solutions the state desperately needs. Sarah resides in central Phoenix with her husband, two sons, and her mother. Her dedication to community and extensive experience positions her as a key advocate for positive social impact in Arizona.
