Natosha Edmonds

Natosha Edmonds is a passionate advocate driven by faith, service, and community leadership. As a devoted member of Kingdom in the Valley Christian Church, she reflects her strong values through consistent community engagement and outreach.

Natosha earned her Associate in the Arts from Mesa Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arizona State University, equipping her with strong skills in leadership, advocacy, and effective communication.

Professionally, Natosha is the CEO and Founder of Positive World-Class Consulting, where she serves as a Corporate Trainer, Author, and Speaker. Her leadership experience also includes titles such as Mrs. Arizona International 2019 and Mrs. Southwest International 2021, showcasing her commitment to service and empowerment.

Deeply invested in her community, Natosha has completed all five City of Avondale citizen programs: Leadership Academy, Police Academy, Water Academy, Fire & Medical Academy, and the Ambassador Program. She has also participated in SHELeads and remains actively engaged with local initiatives, sitting on boards and commissions such as Chaired Citizens General Bond committee, Neighborhood and Family Commission and Southwest Family Advocacy Center Board member.

A proud wife and mother of two, Natosha is committed to advancing economic growth, community engagement, and quality of life for all Avondale residents.
