Angela Pancrazi-Moreno has her bachelor’s degree in economics and10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where she learned to understand property taxes and banking practices, qualities that are integral to protecting Yuma County’s tax dollars. Since her election in 2012 where she defeated the incumbent Republican, she has worked tirelessly to develop new programs to collect taxes and to assist taxpayers in understanding their property tax bills.
