Latrinda D. Williams is a dedicated public servant, veteran, parent, and community advocate exploring a run for the Maricopa Unified School District Governing Board. As she gathers signatures to qualify for the ballot, she is engaging families, educators, and community members to ensure their voices help shape her campaign and priorities.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare, education, and organizational development, Latrinda brings a student-centered, results-driven approach to strengthening local schools. A U.S. Army and Texas National Guard veteran, she has built her career on service, accountability, and operational excellence. She has led initiatives in corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and community health that expanded opportunities, improved systems, and fostered collaboration.
Latrinda holds an MBA, an MS in Health Sciences, and advanced certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Six Sigma process improvement. Throughout her career, she has supported executive leadership, managed complex programs, and delivered strategic initiatives that enhanced organizational performance and community impact.
A mother of three, volunteer, and advocate for youth development, Latrinda is committed to advancing academic excellence, safe learning environments, transparent governance, responsible budgeting, and strong partnerships with teachers and families. She hopes to bring integrity, collaboration, and practical leadership to the MUSD Governing Board.
