Running for Phoenix Union High School Board, Ward 2
Signa is a native Phoenician, mother of two children and 8 grandchildren, the youngest of 5 siblings, and the first person in her family to obtain a graduate degree. She is the produce of Arizona public schools, attending South Mountain High School, NAU and ASU and eventually went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern University.
After earning her degree, Signa served in the US Army as a Trial Council and Administrative Law Attorney.
Signa currently works as the Director of Human Resources at St. Joe’s Hospital. She is active in her community working with many organizations including Indivisible, Vets Forward, Common Defense, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. She also serves on the Phoenix Union High School Governing Board where she is seeking reelection.
