Fall 2025 Intern
My name is Delia Archer, and I’m a proud Arizona native with deep roots in community service and advocacy. I began my career as a Nurse after studying at Phoenix College, where I graduated with AP Honors, earning 3 Degrees and recognition as a Phi Theta Kappa Alumni, then graduating as a Registered Nurse with Honors and recognition as an Alpha Delta Nu Alumni. Then continuing my education at Northern Arizona University. Currently, I am furthering my studies at Harvard Kennedy University with a focus on Public Policy.
My years in nursing, including my service to individuals in my community on the worst days of their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic, deepened my commitment to healthcare advocacy and inspired my transition into mortgage lending and ultimately real estate, where I now continue to serve local families as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty – North Scottsdale. I have also been appointed to serve on the 2026 Arizona REALTORS® Legislative Committee, where I will help shape housing policy by reviewing legislation and responding to community-driven calls to action.
I am deeply passionate about affordable housing, public education and student loan debt, healthcare for all, sustainability, preservation of native land, natural resources and environmental protections, reproductive freedom, low-cost childcare, immigration reform, veteran’s rights, gender equality, domestic violence prevention, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, mental health awareness, domestic and foreign policy, prison reform, and inclusive economic growth. These values are what led me to intern with Arizona List—a safe space that aligns with my internal compass where I can strengthen my commitment and action to progressive elected officials in leadership and community-centered change.
I plan to one day serve my community as an elected official and become the change I wish to see in the world. Until then, I rise to meet each moment with conviction—amplifying progressive voices, championing women-led leadership, and advancing candidates who choose people over power.
