Guillermo (Memo) André Peña was born in Yuma, raised in Phoenix, and settled in Tucson after completing an undergraduate degree in Care, Health and Society, and a master’s degree in Public Health Policy and Management at the University of Arizona. Memo has a passion for Housing reform and action through policy. Outside of work, Memo enjoys listening to and discussing music, and is always on the lookout for a game of Chess.
