Roberta Neil Miller is an experienced attorney and public servant. After graduating from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 1983, Roberta began her career as a public servant and got right to work fighting for communities across the Valley. She served as a prosecuting attorney in Superior, Municipal, and Justice Courts in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. She has also sat on the bench as a pro tempore judge in the Maricopa County Superior Court, Tempe Municipal Court and Mesa Municipal Court.
Roberta most recently served as a Deputy County Attorney of Maricopa County, where she represented the County litigating property tax and eminent domain cases in the Superior Court, a system she is intimately familiar with.
Roberta has lived in Tempe for 25 years. Her husband, Tom, is also an attorney dedicated to public service. They have three rescue dogs, Max, Shadow and Lily.
