How Rebecca has Helped Arizona
Rebecca Rios fought for education by sponsoring a bill that would create the Arizona after school program grant fund. This would create educational and literary programs in which tutoring or homework assistance would be provided in subjects like language arts, math, history and science. In addition, she co-sponsored the right to work bill, which would ensure that a person could not be denied the opportunity to obtain or retain employment because of membership or nonmembership in a labor organization.
