Karin Uhlich serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Economic Integrity, a non-profit research and advocacy organization. Prior to moving to Tucson, Uhlich served as Congressional Aide to U.S. Representative Howard Wolpe and Executive Director of the Food Bank Council of Michigan. Once in Tucson she served as and Executive Director of Primavera Service, and Tucson Mayor/Council Budget Advisory Committee, the Mayor/ Council Bond Oversight Committee, and Mayor/Council Blue Ribbon Charter Advisory Committee.

Karin Uhlich is a true advocate for economic progress, the unemployed and for the hungry. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Southwest Center for Economic Integrity, a non-profit research and advocacy organization. The Center engages in research, education and advocacy to strengthen local economies. Previously, she was the Executive Director of Primavera Services (Primavera Foundation) for nine years, an affordable housing/job training and homeless services agency. She also served on the Boards of Directors of the Community Food Bank, the Brewster Center, and the North American Alliance for Fair Employment.
