Gary Tucker is a retired attorney having practiced for over fifty years in heavy corporate law with an emphasis in major carrier telecommunications and fiber optic networks. He has represented RCA, US West, Level 3 and other carriers before Federal Courts and state public service commissions including the Arizona Corporation Commission. He is a counselor of the United States Supreme Court admitted on motion in 1985.
He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1968 and then served in the US Army Infantry before attending law school at Gonzaga University.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in the political campaigns of candidates at the state level to include Hon. Ted Stevens, Alaska, Hon. Don Young, Alaska, Hon. Mark Udall, Colorado, and Hon. Michael Bennett, Colorado.
