Running for Cochise County Board of Supervisors District 1
Theresa Walsh is a retired US Army colonel with 32 years of service as a Military Intelligence and Human Resource Officer. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Society and Justice (Pre-Law), University of Washington, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), University of Phoenix. She is a US Army War College Fellow and a combat veteran, where she was awarded a Bronze Star, while serving during Operation Enduring Freedom, Kabul, Afghanistan. Theresa previously worked for Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick, as her Veteran and Military Affairs Representative, Director of Constituents Services and Director of Cochise County Outreach. Theresa serves as the Director of Personal Services, Military Officer Association of American (Life Member), is the Chair for the Veteran Assistance Program for Chapter 14, Disabled American Veterans (Life Member). Theresa is also the past President of Women Army Corps Veteran Association-Army Women United. She is also a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She serves as the Member of the Board of Trustees, Canyon Vista Medical Center, Sierra Vista, AZ, where she was also honored in the 2023 Class Veteran Wall Honoree. Theresa is also an active member of Sierra Vista South (1277), Rotary International, Sierra Vista, AZ.Â
