Savannah Galaviz, a dedicated wife and mother of five, is running for the Isaac School Governing Board with a strong commitment to advancing education and community resources. Currently a school librarian in the Madison District, Savannah’s focus on literacy and access to educational materials has positively impacted countless students. Her extensive involvement in professional organizations, including the Arizona Library Association, the Arizona Education Association, and the National Education Association Hispanic Caucus, reflects her dedication to educational excellence and advocacy. Savannah’s background also includes experience in special needs classrooms, where she has developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students and the importance of tailored support. Savannah’s vision for the Isaac School District includes prioritizing literacy, expanding community resources, and ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive. Her blend of professional expertise and personal dedication positions her as a strong advocate for positive change. She will work to ensure that our schools are inclusive, resourceful, and focused on the success of every student.
