Kesha moved to Arizona from the U.S. Virgin Islands in 1999 and has lived in Phoenix ever since. She began her legal career with the Arizona Court of Appeals as a law clerk and then as a senior law clerk. Following her clerkships, she joined the Arizona Attorney General Office as an Assistant Attorney General representing Child Protective Services. She later transitioned to private practice and also served as in-house counsel for a financial institution. Her current practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Kesha possesses strong analytical, investigative, organizational, and communication skills. As an attorney, she has consistently provided competent advice and strategic counsel based on her clients’ unique position and needs. Her twenty years of experience in law firm, government practice, and in-house settings has given her valuable insight on how to effectively achieve results. She also serves in several professional and community leadership roles. The current issues facing District 8 require an intentional, strategic, and comprehensive approach. Kesha is a professional problem solver, consensus builder, and a passionate leader committed to the constructive development of our community.
