Laura Hogan!

Laura is very well known in Southern Arizona as the chair of District 30. She has been passionately involved in grassroots politics all of her life and was one of the first members of Arizona List. I am very impressed with her political expertise and dedication to getting more pro-choice democratic women elected.

Introducing our new Treasurer

Jessica Brandt!

Jessica was the owner of two successful local business in Tucson. She is the mother of two young children and she has the organizational skills that will help keep Arizona List running smoothly.

“I am very happy to be working with Arizona List as the new treasurer. Growing up in a progressive feminist household has given me an appreciation for what women have accomplished politically and socially over the last few decades, as well as the realization that the job is not finished. I believe that the world, and certainly my community, would be a better place if there were more women in elected office. Arizona List has proven to be effective in this goal by finding, training, and funding qualified candidates and I am excited to be a part of the growth of this organization.” - Jessica Brandt

Endorsements

We have a great field of women candidates running this year. We are consulting with other progressive groups who have their eye on turning Arizona blue. Planned Parenthood, Emerge, the Arizona Democratic Party, and Governor Napolitano’s office are all interested in progressive candidates, but please remember: Arizona List is the only organization dedicated to electing pro-choice democratic women.

Members of our Endorsement Committee are currently interviewing viable candidates who have a realistic chance of winning their races. Arizona List will be making its next official endorsement announcements in early June.
